Add Contract

Assign User Rights this allows you to specify which users have access and at what level to the new contract. Use this feature to limit the types of information that different people can see. You may need to add users if new people are introduced as a part of the contract.

Assign SOR Items & Resources this allows you to specify which Schedule of Rates (SOR) Items are pertinent to the new contract. Use this feature to limit the types of work that can be done as a part of this contract. You may need to add new SOR Items if the contract has a bespoke schedule and resources, if new tradespeople / surveyors are introduced as a part of the contract.

Assign Customers & Properties this allows you to specify which properties and customers (resident, manager, etc.) are pertinent to the new contract. Use this feature to limit the places where work can be done as a part of this contract. You may need to add the new customers introduced as a part of the contract.

Assign Contract Priorities this allows you to specify which priorities apply to the new contract. Use this feature to judge the priority of tasks across multiple contracts. You may need to add the new priorities if they are introduced as a part of the contract.

Data Migration remember that if you have these data in a spreadsheet you can just import them, ask you Client Success Manager to help you through the process.
