The main process covered by workspacecloud are:

    Analyse - everything you need to analyse your performance and identify trends in your business
    Add Contract - set-up everything you need to be able to efficiently process jobs for a client
    Add Job - everything you need to be able to complete a job for a customer
    Schedule Job - everything you need to allocate work and communicate with everyone involved
    Field Work - everything you need to work in the field and communicate with everyone involved
    Manage Products - everything you need to manage materials and suppliers
    Adjust Stock - everything you need to manage stock transfers, van stock and central stores
    Raise Invoices - everything you need to be able to create invoices and transfer them to your accounting system

There are other mini processes such as time-sheet entry etc but generally everything you need to do is done naturally as a part of one of the above processes.
