Contract Charging Rules

Charge Material: select 'Don't charge' if you have materials free issued or where the contract is constructed in such a way that your organisation absorbs materials costs or charges for them indirectly in a different way.

Charge Labour: select 'Don't charge' where the contract is constructed in such a way that your organisation absorbs labour costs or charges for them indirectly in a different way.

Charge SORs: it would be quite unusual for a commercial contractor not to charge for SORs, you would use this in the case where you are only using SORs for their Standard Minute Values and planning purposes or where your organisation is directly funded in some way.

Use Shared NHF SORs for Invoicing: the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates is built into the system and these can be shared across multiple contracts, please note that custom SORs can be added to the NHF schedule on a contract-by-contract basis.
