It is possible to attach any type of file, especially digital photographs, to jobs using the internal or the mobile interface. Setting control the file types and maximum sizes of attachments.
Some customer only allow PDF and JPG files to be uploaded but remember that some cameras now save images as .jpeg rather than .jpg so this may cause you a problem if you forget to allow it in your settings.

The settings allowing the items to be viewed on the Customer screen and on the PDA (mobile device) allow you to control where the job-related document is made available to workspacecloud users.
