You can create reminders for jobs to remind yourself, another person or a group of people to do something in the future necessary to the delivery of the job process.
It may be that a job is planned for two months from now so you are going to raise a PO for delivery in two months but chase it a few days before, or even that you have agreed to call a customer the day before a job starts to confirm that he or she is still available to receive your operatives.
Just fill in the subject, date and time, the main person who you wish to notify and any additional people who need to be kept in the loop.
Key in the message that you want to send check everything to make sure it is all correct and press the [SAVE REMINDERS] button. You can add any number of reminders to a job and they show up in the reminder tab once you have added them.
